Bristol - Sorrento

The Hotel Bristol was excellent and our room was amazing. Would love to stay again.

Every thing it is ok! Very very good!

Old world elegant atmosphere without stuffiness. Rooms large and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. In particular Mattaeo and his staff in the panoramic dining room. The views from our room were spectacular over looking Sorrento township, the beautiful bay of Naples and Mount vesuvius. Short walk downhill to the town which only takes 5 minutes and bus available back stopping just outside the hotel. The walk back is not at all difficult and very scenic. Will defintely stay here again.

The only thing we were disappointed with was that the swimming pool and rooftop terrace area were under renovation and closed to guests. This was not mentioned when booking.

It is a very wonderful hotel. The staff is very kind and very wonderful. The room is large and beautiful and nice view. It is comfortable. We did not want to leave here.

Everything.Location,service,friendly staff. comfort. Have been returning to this hotel for approx ten yrs and the standard and staff have remained the same throughout this time, which speaks volumes

room had funny odor when we checked in. breakfast was very ordinary, fruit should be much better in this location. we were not asked if we wanted eggs although others around us were, selection of breads was minimal

An absolutely wonderful hotel, we had breathtaking views from our room balcony, the restaurant, the pool and terraces over Sorrento and Vesuvius. Our room was beautiful. Staff were very professional and courteous, the food excellent, the service impeccable. The best hotel we've ever stayed at.

view from room 618. quietness which allowed complete relaxation. politeness of staff. cleaniness of room and facilities. the breakfasts. it enabled us to enjoy sorrento to the full.

speed of service with the none a la carte too quick. the meal was over in 45 minutes and so too little time to talk ansd enjoy the wonderful view

The view from the hotel is amazing, the staff made us feel most welcome and the information they provided was valuable.

coming from a warm country, not being able to turn on the heating was quit a disappointment during the cold nights and early morning.

the walk to/from city center was quite long, especially as the first morning bus runs at 7 AM

Everything! Great location, exceptionally nice and helpful staff and great food. We spent a little more to get a junior suite and it was well worth it. Stunning views and spacious well appointed room. Unfortunately didn't have time to use many of the hotels facilities but they all looked good – pool, gym, gardens.

The location and views are amazing from the hotel.Great choice in buffet breakfast and dinner menu. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful

The double bed was two single beds pushed together.The room was a glorified holiday apartment not a comfortable hotel room.It wasnt great value for money.In our room there was a down pipe boxed off which meant every time some on the floor above us used the toilet or shower we heard the water going down,

Our stay at Hotel Bristol was outstanding! We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations in all respects. The rooms were perfect and the balcony view was magnificent. All the staff were wonderful, especially the gentleman who took care of us in the dining room. It was my husband's birthday and a delicious cake was presented to him at our evening meal. Breakfast was a treat each morning and the two evening meals we had at Hotel Bristol was delicious. If we are fortunate enough to return to Sorrento, we would definitely stay there again. The staff are excellent, and we enjoyed the food. Rooms with a view of Mount Vesuvius are fantastic. great hotel
